Depression, B12, Macrocytic Anemia


Dysthymia is a less severe type of Depression. It’s a long-term symptoms that do not disable a person, but keeps one from feeling well. Where as bipolar disorder also called manic-depressive illness. Where mood switches are dramatic and rapid. Mood changes from severe high to lows.
